AECS4U provides a real estate data aggregation platform focused on Italian judicial auctions and property markets. Our services include:

• Property listing aggregation from multiple Italian real estate sources
• Judicial auction monitoring and alerts
• Property valuation and market analysis tools
• AI-powered document extraction and analysis
• Investment calculation and ROI projections
• Personalized search and notification services

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures

Your Responsibilities

• Always verify property information directly with official sources
• Consult with qualified professionals (lawyers, surveyors) before any transaction
• Conduct independent due diligence on any property of interest
• Review all official auction documentation before bidding

7Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Platform, including its design, code, features, content, and branding, is owned by AECS4U and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Trademarks, logos, and service marks
• Software, algorithms, and technical implementations
• Original content, analyses, and reports
• User interface design and user experience elements

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works
• Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

9Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AECS4U AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any losses arising from reliance on property information
• Damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AECS4U and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

12Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• We discontinue the Platform or any part thereof

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.

13Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email or prominent notice on the Platform
• Provide at least 30 days notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

• First, through good-faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved, through mediation in accordance with ADR procedures
• If mediation fails, through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy
