AECS4U aggregates data from multiple Italian real estate sources including Immobiliare.it, Idealista, Casa.it, Subito.it, Wikicasa, and auction portals like PVP (Portale Vendite Pubbliche). We also include short-term rental data from Airbnb and Booking.com.

When viewing a property, click the 'Add Note' or 'Save' button to add it to your saved properties. You can view all your saved properties from your Dashboard. Notes allow you to add personal comments about each property.

The Investor Tools section allows you to input property details, purchase costs, expected rental income, and expenses. The calculator provides key metrics like ROI, cash-on-cash return, cap rate, and projected cash flow over time.

AI Extraction (admin only) uses OCR and AI models to extract structured data from property documents like appraisals and auction listings. This automates the process of digitizing and analyzing property documentation.

Most data tables in AECS4U include export options. Look for the Export button which allows you to download data in CSV or Excel format for further analysis in your preferred spreadsheet application.

Yes! Navigate to Dashboard > Alerts to create custom alerts. You can set criteria for properties and receive notifications when new listings match your requirements or when prices change.
